By accessing, browsing, or booking a service through the AramLines Group platform (hereinafter referred to as "AramLines", "We", "Us", or "Our"), you (hereinafter referred to as "The Client", "The User", or "Passenger") expressly agree to enter into a legally binding contract. These comprehensive Terms and Conditions govern your usage of our platform, the booking of private chauffeur services across Morocco, payment processes, and the execution of the transport services. Please read them thoroughly before making any reservation.

1. General Provisions & Scope of Application

AramLines Group operates as an exclusive premium transport booking platform connecting clients with a highly vetted network of private chauffeurs across the Kingdom of Morocco. These terms apply to all services booked via our website, email, or any official communication channel. Any deviation from these terms is only valid if explicitly agreed upon in writing by the AramLines executive management. These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the User and AramLines.

3. Contract Formation & Booking Process

The contract between the User and AramLines is formed strictly upon the successful processing of the prepayment. Once the payment is verified, the user will automatically receive a booking confirmation via email. Following this confirmation, the assigned private chauffeur will personally contact the User at the appropriate time prior to the journey With enough time to complete the trip.

4. Strict Minimum Booking Notice & Absolute Liability Disclaimer

To ensure the highest standard of service and vehicle preparation, AramLines strictly enforces minimum advance booking times. AramLines expressly disclaims all liability for bookings made outside these timeframes:

Disclaimer: If a User places a booking with less than the stipulated 24-hours, they do so entirely at their own risk. In such cases, AramLines assumes ZERO liability and cannot be held legally or financially responsible if the service cannot be provided, if the vehicle arrives late, or if no vehicle is available due to heavy traffic, severe weather conditions, or high operational demand. We strongly advise booking well in advance to guarantee your premium experience.

5. Pricing, Prepayment & Payment Methods

AramLines operates on a strict prepayment model to guarantee reservations and secure vehicle availability.

6. Pick-up, Free Waiting Times & Delays

Complimentary waiting times are embedded into our service to accommodate minor delays:

If the passenger is delayed beyond the complimentary waiting time, the chauffeur reserves the right to charge additional waiting fees (calculated per minute/hour) or, in extreme cases, depart the location. If the chauffeur departs due to severe user delay, it will be classified as a "No-Show" (See Section 8).

7. Service Changes, Additional Stops & Extra Kilometers

Spontaneous changes to the agreed route are subject to availability and the chauffeur's explicit approval.

9. Vehicle Class, Models & Upgrades

Users book a "Vehicle Class" (e.g., Business Van , Sedan, Suv) rather than a specific car make or model. The images shown on the platform are strictly illustrative. AramLines reserves the absolute right to upgrade a passenger to a higher vehicle class at no extra charge, or to substitute the vehicle with an equivalent model in cases of mechanical emergencies or unforeseen unavailability, without prior notice to the User.

10. Transport Safety, Luggage & Capacity Obstacles

Safety is our uncompromising priority. The chauffeur holds the ultimate authority to refuse transport if safety is compromised.

11. Children, Minors & Special Transport Needs

Users must explicitly request child seats during the booking process, The provision of child seats is subject to availability. AramLines does not transport unaccompanied minors under the age of 18 unless a prior written agreement and legal consent forms have been signed by the legal guardians.

12. Passenger Conduct & Vehicle Damage

We maintain an immaculate fleet. Passengers are expected to conduct themselves respectfully.

14. Lost & Found Items

AramLines Group and its chauffeur partners assume no legal or financial liability for items forgotten, lost, or damaged in the vehicles. If an item is found, we will make reasonable efforts to inform the User and arrange for its return at the User’s sole expense (e.g., courier fees).

15. Limitation of Liability & Access Interruptions

While AramLines strives to provide an uninterrupted digital experience, we do not guarantee that our website will be completely free of technical errors or downtime. Our liability for any damages arising out of the use of our services—whether due to minor delays, technical glitches, or routing errors—is strictly limited to the total fare paid for the specific booking in question. We are not liable for missed flights, missed meetings, or any indirect/consequential financial losses.

16. Force Majeure

AramLines shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations where such failure or delay is caused by events beyond our reasonable control (Force Majeure). This includes, but is not limited to, acts of God, severe weather conditions (floods, storms), natural disasters (earthquakes), political unrest, riots, widespread strikes, road closures by authorities, acts of terrorism, or global pandemics.

17. Indemnification

The User agrees to fully indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AramLines Group, its directors, employees, and chauffeur partners from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal and attorney fees) arising out of or connected to the User's breach of these Terms, violation of any law, or any damage caused to third parties during the execution of the service.

18. Offsets, Retention, and Assignment

The User may only offset claims against AramLines or assert a right of retention if their counterclaims are legally established, undisputed, or acknowledged in writing by AramLines. The User is strictly prohibited from assigning or transferring any rights, claims, or obligations arising from this contract to any third party without our explicit written consent.

19. User Account, Registration Obligations & Banning Rights

If utilizing an account on our platform, the User is obligated to provide accurate, current, and complete information. The User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials. AramLines reserves the absolute right to suspend, block, or permanently delete any user account without notice if we suspect fraudulent activity, abusive behavior toward our staff or chauffeurs, or repeated breaches of these Terms.

20. Third-Party Websites & External Links

Our platform may contain links to third-party websites or services (such as payment gateways like PayPal). AramLines has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites. The User accesses these external links entirely at their own risk.

21. Intellectual Property Rights

All content present on the AramLines platform—including but not limited to the brand name "AramLines Group", logos, texts, graphics, code, and UI design—is the exclusive intellectual property of AramLines and is protected by Moroccan and international copyright laws. Unauthorized reproduction, scraping, distribution, or commercial exploitation of any platform content is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate legal action.

22. Privacy & Data Protection

We respect your privacy. By using our services, the User consents to the collection, processing, and storage of their personal data (such as name, contact details, trip details, flight number ) solely for the purpose of executing the requested transport services and processing payments. 23. Our Role: Your Transportation Bridge

23.1 All-in-One Booking Platform

AramLines operates as a premium digital "bridge" and booking intermediary, providing a seamless solution for private transfers and airport transfers across multiple cities and airports. Our platform is designed to eliminate the stress of searching for individual, local transport companies in every city. Whether you need a transfer from Marrakech to Casablanca, or onward to Rabat and Tangier, AramLines provides a single, reliable point of access for all your travel needs.

23.2 A Hassle-Free Experience

We provide our Users with peace of mind by acting as a professional facilitator. Instead of vetting multiple local providers yourself, AramLines provide a "hassle-free" experience where you can manage your entire itinerary—from airport pickups to intercity journeys—through one trusted interface, saving you time and the effort of extensive research in different regions.

23.3 Intermediary Status & Independent Providers

It is important to note that AramLines is not a transportation company (Carrier) and does not directly provide transport services or operate its own fleet of vehicles. We serve as the technology and service layer that connects you with a network of independent, professional third-party transport providers. The actual transport service is executed by these partners, who are solely responsible for the safety, vehicle quality, and operational aspects of your trip.

23.4 Contractual Relationship

By booking through our platform, you acknowledge that your contract for the physical transportation is with the independent service provider. AramLines’ responsibility is limited to facilitating the booking, ensuring clear communication, and providing a reliable platform to manage your transportation needs across various destinations.

24. Electronic Communications & Notices

By registering or booking, the User agrees that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications provided electronically (via email, WhatsApp, or platform notifications) satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing. Official notices to AramLines must be sent to our official contact email provided on the website.

25. Amendments to Terms

AramLines Group reserves the right to modify, update, or entirely replace these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior individual notice. The updated terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes the User's formal consent and acceptance of the new terms.

26. Severability Clause

If any single provision, clause, or paragraph of these Terms and Conditions is deemed invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such invalidity shall not affect the enforceability of the remaining provisions. The invalid clause will be replaced by a legally valid provision that most closely reflects the original commercial and legal intent of AramLines.

27. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions, and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services, shall be governed by and construed strictly in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Any disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of or relating to these Terms or the breach thereof shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the city of Marrakech, Morocco.

28. Governing Law, Dispute Resolution & Contact

These Terms and Conditions, and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services, shall be governed by and construed strictly in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco.

Any disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of or relating to these Terms or the breach thereof shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the city of Marrakech, Morocco.
