For a full refund, you must cancel at least 2 hours before the journey's start time. If you cancel less than 2 hours before the journey's start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded. Any changes made less than 2 hours before the journey's start time will not be accepted.

Q: Can I stop during my intercity trip to see a sightseeing site?

A: Yes, you can ask your chauffeur for permission. Stops should not exceed ten minutes for taking photos at sightseeings, except for eating or urgent matters. Stops exceeding ten minutes will incur an Extras. Our hourly booking service is ideal for visiting the city's hidden gems and busy days with multiple appointments or meetings/events/Leisure activities, you can explore the city with your personal chauffeur. If the ride ends outside the starting city, additional charges will apply for the chauffeur’s return journey, covering both distance and time.

Q: How do I find my chauffeur at the airport?

A: Your chauffeur will be waiting in the arrivals hall immediately after you exit customs, holding a clear sign with your name on it. our service track your flight, so we know exactly when you land.

Q: What if my flight is delayed?

A: Don't worry. Our services monitor all flights. If your flight is delayed, we adjust the pickup time automatically and wait for you at no extra cost (up to 60 minutes).

Q: Can I transport surfboards?

A: Yes! AramLines offers ample service for transporting surfboards. and large luggage. Those who own surfboards are advised to contact us via WhatsApp or email before booking to ensure better service.

After completing the booking, you will receive a booking ticket with all your details via email. Please keep this booking ticket, as you will need it if you wish to cancel your booking. To cancel your booking, simply attach the booking ticket to an email message to our email address and we will process your request quickly and without any issues.
We cannot assist with providing folding wheelchairs, but if someone is using one, we may be able to provide space inside the car. It is preferable to book the larger vehicle, and the wheelchair will be counted as one piece of luggage.
Suitable for strollers. Only our vans have ample storage space to accommodate strollers, but we do not recommend booking a sedan with a large stroller. If you do book, please inform the chauffeur in advance so they can check the stroller size well before your journey to avoid being refused a ride and being offered a suitable vehicle , it may be counted as one piece of luggage.
Service animals are permitted in some companies; therefore, when contacted by your chauffeur, please provide the type of animal and the dimensions of the transport carrier or crate. It may be counted as one piece of luggage.
